1. Our wooden case for small part is after fumigation treatment. Don't need timber inspection, saving shipping time.
2. All the spare parts of the machine were covered by some soft materials, mainly using pearl wool. Avoiding all damages that could happen in the delivery process. Then we'll covered plastic wrap out it tightly, make sure intact of the covered soft materials, also avoiding waterproof and rust proof.
3. The outmost is wooden case with fixed form work.
4. Package for big part is plastic film+steel pallet.The bottom of the package has firm iron jack,convenient to handling and transport.

Q2: When I got this machine, but I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
A: We will send English manual and Operation Video and for the machine. Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to our factory for training.
Q3: How about charges of installation and training?
A: We will send our engineer to your factory to install and teach, you should bear the air ticket, food, hotel and engineer travel fee 100 USD/day.
Q4: If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?
A: We provide 2 years machine warranty. During the 2-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage). After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.
Q5: What is the spare part?
A: Main accessories include protective lens and nozzles, one set of them can be used about 600 hours and we will present 10 sets.
Q6: What's package, will it protect the products?
A: Steel pallet packing for big parts after plastic film covering. The small parts packed into wooden cases which is suitable for seaworthy transportation.
Q7: How is the shipping method?
A: As per your actual address, we can effect shipment by sea, by air, by truck or railway. Also we can send the machine to your work site as per your requirement.
